My Yoga Teachers:

Peggy Biolchini
I have been practicing yoga since the early 2000’s. I received my 200 hour yoga teacher training certification through YogaFit in 2015. YogaFit is an alignment based, Hatha, vinyasa style of yoga. I am qualified to teach men and women as well as meeting the special needs of pre/postnatal women and to seniors (55 and older). I am also trained in power yoga (aka: Yoga Sweat) and the Yoga Lean program. I am currently pursuing training to be certified to teach people with depression/anxiety and PTSD. Being a former distance runner, I also have a special interest in working with people who are runners, cyclist and athletes. I really enjoy teaching to beginners as well as the advanced yogi. In all my classes, I offer modifications so everybody with any body type, can enjoy the benefits of yoga. I look forward to meeting you at Harmony Yoga: Body, Mind & Soul.
Sheila Skipworth
Sheila has been teaching yoga for over 14-years. She is uniquely qualified as a yoga teacher since she is also a licensed massage therapist, a Structural Integrator and has extensive yoga training. Sheila has a 200-hour yoga certification and is currently working on a 500-hour certification with Tias Little in Santa Fe, New Mexico. I feel so fortunate to have Sheila join us!

Amanda McClellan
With practice comes understanding. Amanda has spent a half a century trying to reach perfection and is now in love with the messy journey called life. With her consistent yoga practice Amanda has gained far more insight into how the winds of everyday life causes the tree to wobble and with yoga and a supportive community she finds balance. Life does not give us clean lines and yoga mimics the diversity of life. Amanda tackles life challenges and welcomes accomplishments with yoga.
Amanda is a daughter, sister, wife, ex-wife, mother of children born from both heart and womb and she is a friend. Amanda enjoys competing in triathlons and training with running, biking, and swimming. Yoga has enabled Amanda to continue training after an L5/S1 discectomy in March of 2019.
Amanda recently completed her level 1 Yoga Fit Training and is excited to start a new journey through sharing her love of yoga and how it transforms your mind, body, and soul. Join Amanda as she deepens her practice through teaching at Harmony.
